Our service allows users to upload profile pictures and transform them into sports fan portraits using AI technology. Users can select their favorite team, add custom details, and generate gameday-style fan images.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Upload only images you own or have permission to use
Keep content family-friendly and appropriate for college sports
Not upload images of other people without their consent
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission
Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI service

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or generate content that is:

Illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
Explicit, sexual, or inappropriate for minors
Violent, threatening, or promotes violence
Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains personal information of others
Spam, malicious, or intended to deceive

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload, but grant us a license to process them for the service.

Generated Images: You own the generated fan portraits created from your uploads.

Service Content: The underlying technology, interface, and service remain our intellectual property.

Team Names/Logos: College team names and references are used for educational/fan purposes under fair use.

6. Usage Limits

Rate Limits:

5 image generations per hour per IP address
10 image saves per hour per IP address
Maximum file size: 10MB per upload

These limits help prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Service Availability: We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.

AI Accuracy: Generated images are created by AI and may not always be perfect or as expected.

Third-Party Services: We rely on Google Gemini AI and other services that may have their own limitations.

ESPN Affiliation: This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently $0 for free service).

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Filter or reject content that violates these terms
Remove saved content that violates our policies
Suspend or terminate access for violations
Report illegal content to authorities

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your saved content may be deleted.
